International Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Regions
We ship parcels internationally from Thailand to the following regions:
- Asia
- Europe
- United States / North America
- Standard global shipping (other regions)
2. Weight & Service Level
Our standard parcel size for international shipments is approximately 500–800 grams (air parcel service). Unless otherwise noted, shipments will be sent via air-parcel (airmail) service through Thailand Post.
3. Shipping Rates
Rates vary by destination region and service level. For example:
- Asia: rate applies to any Asian destination using air parcel service.
- Europe: rate applies to any European destination using air parcel service.
- United States/North America: rate applies for U.S. or Canada destinations.
- Standard/Other Regions: rate applies to destinations outside the main regions above.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed in advance.
5. Processing & Shipment Times
Once payment and order are confirmed, we will dispatch the parcel via Thailand Post. Estimated transit times vary by destination region and service selected. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local holidays, or carrier issues.
6. Tracking & Proof of Delivery
Where available, a tracking number will be provided so that you and the recipient may monitor the parcel’s progress. However, tracking availability may vary depending on the destination country and service.
7. Packaging & Weight Rules
- The declared weight is based on actual weight or volumetric weight as determined by Thailand Post. Thailand Post+1
- Oversized, heavy or irregular-shaped parcels may incur surcharges (for example: overweight or oversize fees) as per Thailand Post rules. Thailand Post
- Proper packaging is required to protect contents in transit.
8. Restricted Items & Prohibited Goods
Some items are restricted or prohibited from international shipment (e.g., certain foods, batteries, liquids, hazardous items). It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the items comply with both Thailand’s export regulations and the destination country’s import regulations.
9. Claims, Loss & Damage
While we take all reasonable care in dispatching your parcel, once the parcel is handed to Thailand Post (or the selected carrier) the risk and responsibility for the parcel transfers to the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery times or refund shipping costs for delays caused by carriers, customs or external factors. In case of damage, loss or non-delivery, please retain proof of dispatch and contact us within [insert time period 30 days so we may assist in filing a claim with the postal service.
10. Cancellation, Returns & Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to sender because of incorrect address, refusal of delivery or import restrictions at the destination, the sender may be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties. For any cancellation of shipment after dispatch, no refund of shipping fees will typically be given (unless otherwise agreed).
11. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to change this shipping policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will apply from the date of publication forward.
