Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Information

Before completing your purchase, please ensure all product details, model, size, and contact information are correct.
Once an order has been confirmed, the shipping address and order details cannot be modified.
If changes are required, the existing order must be canceled and placed again.


2. Shipping
  • Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 2–7 working days after order confirmation.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated timeframe provided in the product description or notification.


3. Returns & Exchanges

All items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of product defects or damages caused by PASOM.
We encourage customers to review all product images, descriptions, and size details carefully before purchase.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product caused by the brand, it may be returned or exchanged within 3 working days after delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased through PASOM’s official channels.
  • The product tag/label must remain intact and uncut.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any signs of use or cleaning products.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

If the item does not meet these conditions, PASOM reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us for assistance.
